# Get a question card

> A question a run or a skill creation asked you — which email to register a site account with.

A run or a creation that stops with `needs_user.kind = "choose_signup_email"` carries the card's id (`needs_user.card_id`). This reads the card: its questions, their options as they stand, and the answer once given. A question an agent asked in a chat is answered in the app, not here (`403`). Needs `logins:use` or `logins:write`.
